The Ontario Health App redefines how residents connect with healthcare providers by combining accessibility, convenience, and inclusivity. Key features include location-based doctor search, the ability to join a preferred physician’s waiting list, and direct phone connections for those who prefer personal interaction. Designed with all age groups in mind, the app also supports family accounts, enabling children to help manage their parents’ healthcare with ease. Looking ahead, the platform will continue to evolve by expanding its service network, refining appointment systems, and integrating new tools to further simplify the healthcare journey. This project is a UX design that makes healthcare services easy to access for people of all ages.
